What information do we collect?
In general, you can visit Travel.Geek.NZ anonymously. You do not need to tell us who you are and what your email address is. We simply measure some statistical data to learn how many pages our visitors see, what site they come from, time of day etc. This is done to improve our service to you, our (potential client).
Disclosure of your information
Confidentiality is important to us. We will not pass the details of your information to anyone else. We will not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any information we hold about you unless we are required to do so by law.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, the information we have collected about you will generally be one of the transferred business assets. Also in the unlikely event that Travel.Geek.NZ or its assets are acquired, this information will also be one of the transferred assets.

We’ll provide you with the info we have about you within 5 business days. After seeing the info, you can also request to have it deleted. We comply with the ‘right to be forgotten’.
